By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using Campus Sheba, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Campus Sheba provides a digital platform for campus life, including features such as maps, transport, marketplace, food, health resources, and community tools. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop the product. Some services may be offered by third parties and are subject to their own terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid student ID where required, and to update it when it changes.

You agree not to misuse Campus Sheba. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: • Violating applicable laws or university policies • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or content • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts • Using the Service for spam, scraping, or automated abuse We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content on Campus Sheba, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

Campus Sheba, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Campus Sheba is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Transport schedules, marketplace listings, health information, and other third-party content are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Sheba and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
